⟡ I will be using bubble mailers for orders with paper goods and mailer boxes for orders with acrylics.
⟡ Paper goods will be put between chipboards.
⟡ Acrylics will be packed with a backing and wrapped in bubble wrap.

✿ SHIPPING ✿
⟡ Please make sure to fill your information correctly.
⟡ Once the parcel has been picked by the courier, please note that I will no longer be responsible for the parcel and any shipment delays is out of my hands.
⟡ I can ship using J&T and GGX.

✿ REFUNDS / RETURN POLICY ✿
⟡ Products are non-refundable. Please make sure to only place an order if you are willing to wait.
⟡ Refunds are only acceptable for the following reasons:
(1) there are missing items
(2) your parcel is lost; in this situation, you will receive a full refund for the shipping fee OR 50% of the items, whichever is the LOWEST.
⟡ Returned packages can be re-shipped but with the shipping fee covered by the buyer.
